Filipina illustrator and designer Raxenne Maniquiz has had an eventful year. Her signature works have captivated international brands including Jordan Brand, Götti Switzerland, and M·A·C Cosmetics. She has also worked on book covers, wedding invitations, reusable water containers, and button down shirts. Her versatility and keen ability to ace every project are one of the many reasons why she is a part of a shortlist of creatives in The One Club’s Young Guns in the Asia-Pacific list.

The One Club is an international nonprofit organization that empowers creatives in advertising, design, and adjacent fields. She is joined by prominent industry figures such as Dani Choi, Kosuke Takahashi, and Vikki Zhang. CEO of The One Club Kevin Swanepoel states “This latest class follows in the footsteps of past Young Guns winners as a diverse group of exciting new talent from around the world who push the creative boundaries in their fields.”

Since Maniquiz will not be able to attend the ceremony in New York, she publicly celebrated her joy and appreciation online.

“I’m so happy to share that I’m a Young Gun! Honored and grateful to be a part of this year’s roster. Huge thanks to the jury for believing in my work!,” said Raxenne in an Instagram post. “Thank you to my clients who made it possible for me to illustrate and design amazing projects I’m proud of to include in my portfolio. Thank you to my friends and family for supporting me always!”
